Sit down to dinner with Justin Hill and you’re bound to hear a few stories...
There are many words to describe “what” Justin does. Speaker, leader, author, coach, consultant, visionary, and entrepreneur are a few. But it’s how he does it that matters. He has made it his life’s work to encourage, inspire, and empower people the world over. Whether coaching business owners, CEOs, community and other leaders, or working with Grammy, Emmy, Tony, CMA, and Oscar Award-winning talent, Justin reminds us over and over that “people matter”. He tells us “There is a lot of professional advice available out there, but most of it doesn’t come from someone who truly cares about helping you find your best life.”
Raised on a small farm in rural Iowa, Justin used talent, grit, and determination to become a sought-after professional in the entertainment industry in his 20s, then an executive at a technology company in his early 30s, to building and selling a marketing & media company by 40, and now a successful real estate developer and consultant.
Still, his favorite time is that spent with Diana and their son, Maverick Gabriel, having lots of fun and adventures!
Diana Upton-Hill, Consultant & Project Manager
Diana’s dynamic and diverse background includes a Master of Arts from Truman State University, positions in Economic Development, and even a Billboard charting radio single. As a Main Street Director, Diana served for six years in Bloomfield, Iowa. She then worked alongside her husband, Justin, to build a successful and highly awarded national level marketing agency which the couple then sold.
Diana enjoys volunteerism and currently serves on various boards including the Davis County Community Foundation, Indian Hills Community College Foundation, and is the Chairperson for the Historic Preservation Commission in Bloomfield. Recently Diana also took on homeschooling Maverick, age 6, and has a great time keeping up with all his various antics. In her spare time she enjoys reading and adding to her massive Barbie collection!
